The brief was to launch O2's new customer service (O2 Gurus) as friendly, approachable, tech experts. So we created O2 GuruTV to house all present and future content.
To spread awareness we took to Twitter, where we shot 60 videos (in a week) as part of a live Tweet & Response campaign.
During that week, we actively sought out Twitterers tweeting for tech help and responded to them with a personalised message from the brain canals of O2's mind.
